That is sweet!! Thank you!!

My apparatus may be a tad more crude... but this helps!

Yeah!

I realized I got greedy with the shelves the night before, I shoulda given you the friggin 2 more.

I like how that long one fits though, I think you'll be able to get a couple of those quarter broke pieces in the back left and right. You might be able to lean a piece of shelf against the sidewall in the back to act as 2 posts, and use just 1 post on the bottom shelf to support the ass.

Note, I also been thinking about "tumble-stacking" it with just the first shelf in as a bag wall. Wood stoke the shit out of it and accept some "problems" for the sake of the dopeness that comes from a tumblestack fire.

The shelves are definitely enough, friend... I ran out of pieces to load... THAT’S never happened!! :) I’m using the “ground level” just for ignition and “agitation” it bounces then the draft Goes up, but is blocked.. by the next shelf.. so goes down the first shelf and then up, is blocked by the ceiling.. then comes forward out the exit.

I also figured out the baffle situation... kinda8F96ED73-A38A-4DE1-805C-A58FADC10158.jpeg

Those pieces worked PERFECT to block off (almost) those back.. “gaps” 🤓 Almost like they’d been there before.6552FFEF-3E95-4558-A5A5-3227E9420966.jpeg

You ought'nt put them my river Clay ones in without a ... something big enough to contain the entire melted mass if the melt. A super...lol.. cookie!

Never ever ever ever ever fire somebody else's stuff without a cookie, even if they tell you what clay it is...without a super cookie.

That maple I yanked and replanted the day you were here has lived.

Nice! it’s AL-I-I-IIiiive!

...my new (your old) kiln WOULD be firing up today... but the forecast recently changed.

But I was able to get some more brick for the wood-fired monster.9E17CCF6-03E7-4A19-8C16-F8727C811074.jpeg

So,
A little tiki hut and a swamp village will be ready soon?
;)
Also been thinking of making some (Tiny) stone walls and heavily weathered stone and brick formations customary in the middle east... I had the idea to fill out my contest punica planting..

Similar to these.

(I’m bad at “inter-webbing”, sorry about the poor photos.. just trying to convey my idea 🤓)

Or how ‘bout those native florida swamp villages.. built with the circles of posts to keep out all those fun critters?

Now you are headed into big penjing landscape territory
