Terra Cotta: My musings on...and resulting actions with.

Hahaha!! Yes! ....pretty “thugged out.“

🤣🤣🤣
I too like to live dangerously... lmao just kidding I’m a wimp with only a few trees and plants so far! I’m still clearing my property. By hand. I had invasive plants and trees covering 60% or more of my yard last fall. 3B810E4E-7D2E-40A8-818C-A0A189BC701A.jpeg
PS yes that is the same dog in two places. Lmao

LOL! Seriously, though. Cows are fucking TOUGH...
I live in cattle country I know! I meant the clanging from walking with the two big brass ones you must have keeping your plants under that sketchy, portico/balcony/aqueduct remnant! Lmao

@HorseloverFat ,

So one day Lord Horse said I need a kiln.

So he dug a 18 inch deep x 12 inch wide cylinder in the ground.

Left 3 to 6 inches at the base for wood.

Added a BRC wire [ for concrete work ] about 3 inches above the
wood and a short iron pipe in a channel was dug into the wood section.

He got a cover that he insulated with a hole at the top.

Borrowed his wife's blow drier and ..............................

Yes. These are about the dimensions i researched... my only problem is I have no access to my OWN dirt/earth.. (which is ironic because I’m a a native american. Living in america.) hahaha

Blew out prematurely? 😜

YES! Scared the hell outta me...

I’ll blame the wasps... even though they don’t typically sting..

(I actually think it was too much weight...)

Howard wouldn’t have popped!
🤣🤣🤣

So square one...

Probably just do a “chimney style” a little wider on the bottom.. with a vented lid...

but i’m not sure...

Sooo I went down there.. with a fairly clear idea in mind.... brought materials outside.. bam! Like 11 wasps came out INSTANTLY, like “Where the hell’d you put our big ball of dirt?” they’re not aggressive but i don’t want to accidentally squish one while working the clay, sending alarm pheromone to the nest...

So i laid out my “base”... now just have to wait until early evening.
