I have nothing to do with the medical community. And evidently, you don't know much either. For your information, people of every type and condition have had malaria and been treated with hydoxychloroquine since 1945, and the side effects are well known, almost all of which do not occur if the drug is taken for less than two weeks, and it has a safety record which doctors can refer to before they prescribe it. The virus first occurred in Wuhan, and while some people don't mind kissing the communist's ass and avoiding attribution of what is probably a product of a laboratory, probably created intentionally, and possibly released upon the world as part of grand sceam to damage the free world's economy in a vain attempt to advance China's standing in the world, there is a noticeable pattern that is incongruous. Any mathematician will be poked in the eye with it.
There will be an investigation, and there will be evidence to follow, and I better be wrong. If this is an act of war, heads will roll and that starts at the top. Trump is making nice right now, but the spread of this is part of an unusual footprint and if you think this can or will be swept under a rug, I've got big news for you. But some Representatives have petitioned the International Court to investigate trump for crimes against humanity.

Boris Johnson may be a posh numpty, but at least he gave the impression that he was trying to do the right things by the people before he went in to hospital. Leaders aren’t born, they are created. This is a basic fact that Trump doesn’t seem to grasp.

Yesterday I took my girlfriend out of quarantine to do some groceries. She does the initial entry tests for covid and she's been locked up since the start of March. She was complaint free for 14 days and has been since the start, so we decided it was time to restock.
We almost tripped over the elderly, walking in pairs, taking their time to touch every product and put it back on the shelves, having chats at the grocery store coffee machine.
Most super markets have special hours at the start of the day to accomodate people at risk, so they can shop with a very low risk.
My GF has a hard time seeing those people out and about, while she puts her health at risk on a daily basis and spends the rest of the month in isolation.

Smithfield Foods, announced on Sunday that it was closing its Sioux Falls, South Dakota, plant after nearly 300 employees there tested positive for coronavirus, the Associated Press reported. The plant is one of the largest pork processing centers in America, and is responsible for producing 18 million servings of food per day.
In a statement, Smithfield president and CEO Kenneth Sullivan said the COVID-19 outbreak is having disastrous impacts on the U.S. food supply chain.
"The closure of this facility, combined with a growing list of other protein plants that have shuttered across our industry, is pushing our country perilously close to the edge in terms of our meat supply," Sullivan warned.
"It is impossible to keep our grocery stores stocked if our plants are not running. These facility closures will also have severe, perhaps disastrous, repercussions for many in the supply chain, first and foremost our nation's livestock farmers," he explained.
