September was world's 'hottest on record'
Scientists say it is a clear indication of temperatures rising because of emissions from our society.

And somehow the complete lack of understanding of science, of research and unwillingness to accept that possibly, also scientist, take their work seriously and try to get the best results possible in an honest way.Very true. It always astounds me how people can have such a low understanding of a subject and still have such a strong opinion.
Ya know, that's exactly what I was thinking.Very true. It always astounds me how people can have such a low understanding of a subject and still have such a strong opinion.
were you really?I was thinking.
I mean, I have not seen you make any concrete example why it is a valid point, that the land would be sinking rather than sea level rising. In fact, land surface WILL resettle, because of all the water mass moving from the land into the sea.were you really?
The scientists highlighted in this article overestimated or made misinformed calculations.Just for fun:

Wrong Again: 50 Years of Failed Eco-pocalyptic Predictions - Competitive Enterprise Institute
Modern doomsayers have been predicting climate and environmental disaster since the 1960s. They continue to do so today. None of the apocalyptic predictions with due dates as of today have come true. What follows is a collection of notably wild predictions from notable people in government and...cei.org
So what predictions have come true? Have we run out of oil yet? Are more people starving today? The western world is using less coal, but the third world (if you can call China and India the third world) are gleefully using more and the clean countries are arguing drastic economic moves to reduce emissions from .000 to .0000 without including China and India. The crap in the seas is the same thing. We're subdividing our trash into at least 3 kinds of outputs while China is dumping at sea, but we need to abstain from plastic straws to save the seas...The scientists highlighted in this article overestimated or made misinformed calculations.
There were many other scientists that made quite accurate predictions (and most often underestimates).
Why did the articles you linked ignore these more accurate predictions?
Is that good journalism?
Again, it takes 5 minutes to, in hindsight, cherry pick an outlier and claim, "Aha! All scientists have been wrong forever on everything!"
But finding the truth, like making a nice bonsai, takes more time.
Stop pointing to others like kindergarten kids. Especially if they are unfounded. The western world is using less coal, but the third world (if you can call China and India the third world) are gleefully using more and the clean countries are arguing drastic economic moves to reduce emissions from .000 to .0000 without including China and India.
The predictions of climate doom were either right or wrong. They were wrong, period, and you can't make them right by trying to cite "more accurate predictions of many other scientists," nor can you convince me that suddenly they're going to start being right. Ten years from now, everything doomy they're predicting today will have been proven wrong - yet again. (I have lived through all of their garbage as as adult since the 1970's; been there, heard it, didn't believe it, turned out I was right; and I have a science background, so it's not just thinking I know what I'm talking about when it comes to the scientific method.)The scientists highlighted in this article overestimated or made misinformed calculations.

You can spot them in public by the masks they wear.
These are your citations that highlight scam artists? A clickbait site and a business blog. Who’s getting brainwashed?Just for fun:

There are 1,050,000 dead human beings that would like you to show more respect to the fellow humans that cohabitate this earth. But it seems like you couldn't care less.Scam artists never stop scamming, they just seem to have a wider audience of easily fooled or frightened people to work with these days. You can spot them in public by the masks they wear.
Please. If you think masks that can't filter out a virus can protect you from a virus, you need to study a little harder. No, I don't respect stupidity or the malevolent intent of globalist tyrants, propagandists and their sycophants. Viruses arise on schedule each year and kill sick and weak humans. We can't go around them as a species, only through them. There are 1,050,000 dead human beings that would like you to show more respect to the fellow humans that cohabitate this earth. Yes, and the mountains have been rising up and subsiding for billions of years. What's your point?@Forsoothe! The earth has been in equilibrium for eons. It's one big conveyor belt system. What's pushed out by vulcanic activity, is pushed back into the core for recycling via the tectonic plate system.
