I apologize publicly to you and to Will Hiltz and I recognize that I was out of line. You have already stated that you couldn't care less about anyone else but this week finds me in not such a good way. The way I deal with things I have been facing is sadly and to my shame, aggressively. I hope that you and Will Hiltz can find it in your hearts to forgive my imprudent outbursts.

There was a time here in the wild and wooly terrain of BNut when we could throw the usual insults around at each other with wild abandon. It's always been a rough and tumble crowd here, and that attracts a lot of us in a warped sort of way. But I have never had anyone threaten to come hunt me down and cause me serious injury, nor have I ever read such threats towards anyone else here, ever. Nor did I ever think I would.

Ok, just for the record, I can't prove the William J Heath I posted that ran the prostitution ring is our William J Heath, but all the dates match and it would be a hugh coincidence. The rap sheet is an official record of the State of Michigan and that's a fact.

Anyone here have the ability to run an NCIC on this guy? Previous units where I've worked used to routinely run one on anyone who came under our care (pretty rough crowds I've usually dealt with). Might shed light on both past and current questions. ('Course, may not be legal to do so without "need to know" authority).

Anyone know if his name has appeared in local papers or missing persons reports. I imagine those who have invested money or property through this guy could take legal action through an attorney or authorities to discover his whereabouts or status.

The operation, known to have pimped more than 300 women, sold strippers and prostitutes to men. He hired underage girls, filmed them stripping and being sexually abused by him and others. He then sold the images on the Internet. In November 1997, the owner, William J. Heath, was charged with criminal racketeering and production of child pornography. Two other men associated with Act One Entertainment were arrested. Johnnie Juretick, 31, was charged with producing sexually abusive material of children; and Jeffrey Scott Maxwell, 22, was charged with performing sex acts on underage girls. The girls were told they would receive royalties based on the number of people who bought their photographs.

If these charges, as you mention, were true these men would be in jail. Why are they not, or at Least why is Will not in jail if he was the ring leader? The truth is as I know it, some what different than this article reports. As far as details I am not at liberty to discuss them. In defense of Will here is a question you might want to ponder. Well, you could clear all this up with just one post, or Will could post his side of the story. The last time I checked, you can't sue the messenger, all I did was post a link to someone else's accusations, but if you or Will would like to sue me, be my guest. I did call him a crook and that is my accusation. Oh, just one question, are you saying the link I posted to the child prostitution ring is not the same Will J Heath, if that is the case then I owe some Will J Heath an apology.
