Stripped 7' power cable at work and have blisters to show for it. Going to anneal it tonight.

I recommend unraveling the wires from each other and rolling them individually first. If you anneal the whole cable the copper wires will work harden as you unravel them, and much harder to use and more prone to breaking.

More blisters, I know, but ask me how I learned this.😜

Did that last year. Worked great. But I can't find them. They're cheap though.

You want me to get my rocks off?

FOUND IT...... actually THEM!
OOPS....... fergot...

Thinned the juniper from previous thread.

Well, I really did. ;)

Kudos to anyone who can see the difference. I sure as hell can't.
🤪

...................................Okay, enough for today. ....and that rock has to stay so the wind won't make me need a new pot.

I have a really bad sinus infection today so I was only able to get one little tree repotted.

This ugly little Iseli nursery mugo has some really terrible roots so it's getting bagged for two years. Untangling them was awful. Hope I can get some better growth on it and fix the knuckling. I'll get around to wiring it some day.

Hey @PerryB... I found the bungee straps. From last year.
So I got my rocks off. :D

Last year when I got them, I asked Home Depot if they had any akadama colored bungees. They called Security. 🤪

Well, there IS one rock. Gotta have rocks! Can't have blank space. ;)

They do have spray paint

I went to a repotting event at the Pacific Bonsai Museum. Aarin Packard and bonsai assistant Courtney put this Vaughn Banting bald cypress into a gorgeous @NaoTK pot. It was really nice, as we got a full tutorial and pot selection excercise led by Aarin and an explanation of the pot’s design by Nao. IMG_1658.jpegIMG_1659.jpegIMG_1665.jpeg
Also attached a few Prunus in blow, as well as a great maple/rhododendron rock planting that I hadn’t seen before.
