I saw those peach pits.
Good news about peaches, they have lovely pinkish flowers, and from seed they are quick compared to other stone fruits. Peach can begin flowering in as little as 3 years, usually by 5 years. So you don't have to wait forever for peach from seed to start flowering. For bonsai, go big with peach as leaves are large. Plan on 3 foot tall tree.
