Here's a new glaze combo that worked well... Matte green upper cascading to more satin lower with blue and red accents. A different style of feet on this round pot as well.

Funny.. my WIFE always thinks I don't need to go to Winter Silhouettes... Ima need to start selling trees at these shows so I can tell her it is in our best interest financially for me to go! The Carolina Expo works out because it is also a trip to see my Buddy who lives up there, so it is always an easier sell..

Good looking pots! You seem to make most of yours in a very useable size for average Bonsai which is a big plus! That is the hard thing about buying pots for me- you get swept up in a nice glaze/ nice shape and wind up with a pot that isn't a good size for any of the trees you want to put in it! I was looking at some really nice pots on Facebook, but most were TINY, and I just don't make trees that size...

It is a good idea for them to put a ruler on the pot in the pic to know exactly what size the pot is, before you decide on it.

It seems you never have The pot for The tree. So buy lots and increase your odds I rarely , if ever, buy a pot for a tree. I buy what I like and hope to make it work sometime.

Here's an update of more pots that will be available in Kannapolis. The first is a matte blue that I love with a Tenmoku glaze sprayed over it. The second is a matte cream pot, also with Tenmoku spray, but much lighter. Finally is a bright blue matte with a Tenmoku dip that ran pretty good. Looks like the larger round re-shapes itself in the kiln, so goes life! The jury is still out on this one, what say ye Nuts?

The dripping glaze is really interesting.
I've got a Chinese Quince that would look nice in it!!

I think they are all nice. I like these two especially. I think a small twisted western pine would look very natural
