Here is some great patina!
This is a 1992 Joel Sampson 25"x19"x4 1/2" deep.
As far as I know it is the only Joel Sampson bonsai pot in the world.
Joel Sampson owns Copper Crane Pottery.
I gave both legs and one arm to purchase it at first site! Then when I got home the wife took my important pieces

This is a Jack pot that has patina like crazy. This one also was a shiny fresh green when I received it.View attachment 164704View attachment 164705 View attachment 164706
Coming right up!Oh hell yeah! Now that's a nice looking pot! You know I gotta ask - can you get me a good straight-on photo and an up close picture of the chop? I'd really like to document it on my website - even if it is his one and only bonsai pot.
Coming right up!
Oh gotcha! As soon as I get home.Already put one of those chops up on the site - I appreciate you passing them along. My original post was about the Sampson pot. Be still my heart! I NEED that pot up on the website with a good picture of the pot and signature. Already drafted a placeholder entry for it.
It is an incredible signature!Oh gotcha! As soon as I get home.
