All you really need to figure out is the clone stamp and the paint brush you can do some nice verts.

In photoshop there is a function called free transform. Look for something like that.

I haven't tried the custom rotation but If I figure it out I will let you know.

Try tilting you computer. Seriously, I tried and couldn't figure it out but I bet it is possible. Good luck.

I figured it out with a little help from Barrosinc. Click edit, then free transform, then mouse over the corner until you see a half circle with an arrow and click and drag to desired tilt. This is a good fuction for doing verts with different planting angles
