All the native conifers are down south where the temperatures drop very fast, there is this tree calle cipr├ęs de la cordillera or mountain chain cypress which is austrocedrus chilensis (might work, if Santiago temperatures don't kill it)
Can I get some seeds of those?
I would love to try them out here.

Thanks! I love to try completely different species from around the world. I have a cypress, that was supposed to be a Kashmir cypress which it was not, but I do love it all the same. Just a couple of cones worth of them would be wonderful. Just something to give it a try with. Thanks Max for checking.
