I still don’t know the true extent of the damage, as many of the trees in the danger zone are buried under snow... I found the sacrifice branches of both a shohin pre jbp and a chuhin palmatum laying on the snow, but the rest of the trees are still buried. I’ll be able to get a tally in a few days as the snow melts... can’t wait

That was my ponderings...with the snow much is also hidden. Stomach dropped out at the first photo. Dang...really hope you don't find much more damage done to the bonsai collection.

Just went through a bout with mother nature myself, I can't even look at the pics of the trees I lost, tears like you said and won't lie a little anger.....

I just keep thinking about all their flaws though and it helps haha!

I think they need to be itemized… And they’re not.
