Virginiana grey owl

I'm on the other side of the fence. The foliage color and bark has me leaning more toward Grey Owl. However, Vance has been at this a whole lot longer than I so his opinion is what I would go with.

Both the color and the form of the foliage, but with photos it is marginally difficult to be sure. It looks a lot like Rocky Mountain Juniper as well the one named cultivar of the species the name of which escapes me at the moment.
