About suicide : my elder sister took her life when I was eighteen. Now, suicide is a complete no-no, I know how it destroyed the people who loved her.
For the first time in 40 years I had a hint I would end my own life during the lockdown. I wrote to my best friend that I was glad guns weren't available here because when you're down, depressed and drunk, it would be so easy to play with a trigger, thinking "Ah, she/they didn't believe I felt so bad". Fortunately, I'm not a teenager any more, and other means of taking one's life needs so much preparation.

Guess what, the only sister I have now has had some 5 inch cancer removed from her breast last year, she's apparently doing fine now, for the moment, after all the treatments.
She's bought an anti-UV umbrella to at last get out.
