Hi all, getting close to moving in a couple weeks and have decided against driving out with my trees. Most are better suited for this climate (not New England) so it didn't really make sense to drive them 3,000 miles. Better to just cut my losses and can slowly rebuild my collection when I get out there.

With that being said wanted to float it out there in case anyone is interested in any of my trees. I've got a handful of nicer stuff that's further along in development and quite a bit of good starter material. Would love it if someone wanted to buy the whole thing (we can all dream). Plus I have some additional soil and a few other odds and ends I'll include.

Also, if someone in SoCal missed the acorn to tree competition I've got about 90 seedlings I'd be happy to give you. As of right now I don't think I'll be sending anything via mail as I'm concerned about the warmer temps and the possibility of a tree dying in transit.

Here's some of the other stuff: Cork oak and Live oak starters (Probably 150 in total, I know, too many), Willow leaf ficus, bougainvillea, rosemary, cork oak p afra, Cmeg Siberian elm clumps (4 total), and a handful of other stuff.

I don't think I can ship them out to the east coast during the summer unless I overnighted the box which would likely be a fortune...
if you pack your tree properly (well watered, wet paper towels, sealed pot, etc), shipping coast to coast should be fine over the summer, as long as you ship early in the week and use priority mail/UPS 3 day select. your pines seem small enough that the box size and weight shouldn’t be a major issue re: cost

Good to know! Although they've all got pretty long leaders (2'-3') so I might have to do something with those if I do end up shipping. IMG_8719.jpg

Use Pirate ship if you're shipping, saves almost half off regular price!
can confirm pirate ship is the way to go. i’ve shipped everything from nursery stock up to decently sized yamadori in a 30x25x25 box and have never encountered any issues. they use UPS and USPS as carriers
