New Bonsai Nursery

My two Styrax prebonsai just arrived last night from Dylan and I got them potted up. Very excited to see these develop over the next couple of years

Both trees shipped bare-root, with a soaked newspaper next to the roots then wrapped in a couple layers of cellophane. Everything still seemed very hydrated and arrived safely, only a few twigs popped but nothing to worry about. Plenty of feeder roots on both trees. I nibbled back at some of the thicker larger roots or problematic crossing ones, but didn't really do anything. I'm going to keep these in my backyard shed on top of seedling mats to keep the pots warm and prevent them from freezing

I got a couple of trees from Dylan recently ...He is very legit and his materials are awesome.

i started a thread on my Stewartia and it was a pleasure dealing with Dylan.. Would recommend.

Also as an FYI to you nutters, there are Ume going up on his website right now as i frequently check... I'm sure they will go super quick.

@Cedar Rose I have been looking for a nice Cork Bark Elm prebonsai. I saw you had a couple left on your site/ebay, but didn't like them as much as the ones you previously sold. Do you plan to have more for sale in the near future? I am also interested in Blue Atlas Cedar, which it looks like you had at one time as well.

do you have a newsletter or instagram or some way of keeping track of when new stock might be posted? everything looks great.

Check back daily or email him for info on when more of whatever you are looking for are available.

Got myself a Stewartia from Cedar Rose. Had to jump on it as these sell like hot cakes. Dylan was kind enough to hold it for me as we still have snow and frost here. Looking forward to the tree.

That's a slick looking pot. Who's it made by?
