I visited Marc this morning for a little while. He was very busy working on some stock in the field, but took a while and gave me a tour. He did ask me when I was about to leave to post my honest impression of the place online, which I think is fair given the circumstances with the other thread. I asked if I could take pictures and he said it was fine, so I snapped a few. There are an absolute ton of trees there, most of which aren't shown. I mean at least a couple thousand in the ground. He told me 3 acres of planted stock. I didn't get any prices because he was busy and I wanted time to think, but overall Marc is a nice guy, very passionate about bonsai, with a lot of good stock. I can't comment on the shipping problems obviously, but I can definitely say I was left with a good impression and a wish that I had more money to spend. If there are any problems with shipping, I'm thinking it is because of the sheer volume of trees he has to work on.
By the way Smoke, he has several 'pigs' in training. He loves sumo trees and I actually mentioned you to him
A few pics. Arakawa, Tridents, JWP from seed, Elms, you name it.
