Kepplers contribution for 2016 on sniping and bickering.

There are three types of people here....

The smallest group....You and I, who feel this way and aren't afraid to say it.

Middle size group.....the ones who feel like you and I, but don't post at all.

Biggest size group, everyone, who also feel as we do, but are afraid to say it because they don't believe it possible.

Point is.....we all feel this way....we just have to make it feel "normal".
When the "peace clique" is the Biggest!

@GrimLore Good Mourning!

I feel this forum has mellowed since I first jointed...that,or I became sensitized to it. With different personities...there will always be a hiccup here and there. I guess I fall into the last group because I can't see it being a place where no one pokes from time to time. That just doesn't seem realistic to me. I once tried being a peace maker...back in the day. Which only adds fuel to the fire. Once I grasp that...decided these are grown men...and little old me wasn't about to change anything with text words. Now if we all were in a room...where one can hear tone of voice. I would be curious how much humor went along with the ornery that plays out.

So you see the shit on you committee as a round 6...? Rallying the troops are you? Why include poor Judy? She has only bonsai on her mind...unlike you and the like.
Nope. Your words, not mine:
To me its not about this guy or any other...
Ignoring them to the betterment of this forum should be the main focus...:)
Ignoring and patience doesn't take anything away from us as individuals, but adds a hell of a lot to this forum. To me its all about bettering this forum. We all have a role to play...ESPECIALLY the Masterpieces and VERY ESPECIALLY the Imperial Masterpieces...they are the ones I think that should be setting the standard....:)
And:
Seems like some Master Imperialpieces don't appreciate their thrones being rattled and their status quos threatened...:p
Just making sure we are clear on the type of content you are suggesting BonsaiNut bans.
Looking at your posts to find these, my mind is made up: you're a troll. Later.

I know I like that everyone can debate and express their views. I don't know any other forums that are like this.
@sorce can f bomb
It creates an atmosphere of free expression which is important in this hobby.

Have we seen any trees yet?
I hear a lot of talking but can't see none of his trees.
Let me go check.

Guilty as

Guilty as charged. Still, I don't have and never will have a problem sticking up for a friend or pointing out crap for those who might not be able to see or smell it.

Fred put some pictures up somewhere here.
Nice trees.

I have yet to see a tree I was promised back a page or two ago when I challenged his real credentials.

I think the real change that has taken part in this forum is that the people that have stuck it out over the years are starting to realize this is bonsai not brain surgery and shouldn't be taken personal. It is after all an art and being such, is subject to opinion and taste.

I can also imagine if your attetude was as stunning as your trees....!
My goal is the same as the others waiting in the shadows...we only want to join in into a sort of civilized environment.
Because of the likes of you lot I think its futile actually....I see JohnG has tried the same thing as of as far back as 2008.
Nah you lot has made your minds up...this place belongs to you and you alone
.
Nah no anger. Only frustrations.

My apologies smoke. I only scanned through your post on top and the message I wrongly took from that was that your aim for 2016 was to be a peace maker.
It acertainly isn't bitch and moan. Actually I was foolishly sticking my neck out, trying my bit to bring some calm and order in this chaotic bickering and infighting. I realise now its futile and was foolish of me to even try. I've burnt my bridges in the process but that really don't bother me much. I don't and will never fit in here.
I don't see my trees as "work". I have a complete different outlook on bonsai and are now more than ever convinced of that.
I'll explain myself better when i'm back home on my more user friendly computer. This mobile and shitty connection confockulates the issue...
Luckely the weather is improving and so is my cabin fever...!!!

Fred, this is all on you. You chose not to fit in here...we had nothing to do with it. From my perspective, your view of me/us/this forum is really quite humorous.

Don't know how I quoted you up there Dave.
Oops!

I have found these two portlacaria and a handful of azalea starts posted by him:

A few rehashed soil & fert topics, SA love fest, and his remaining 90% is basically the same nonsense as his posts here.

Well I don't have any NICE trees and you guys let me stay.
I do appreciate being able to see the contributions of others though and humbly recognize that I can learn a lot from that.
I think I may have been thinking of someone else.
Dammit!
And I was really ready to give the benefit of a doubt.

I can only speak for my self but as far as I am concerned when someone comes along talking about knowing a bunch of advanced crap I kind of like to at least have them post a picture to prove the talk, kind of talking the talk and walking the walk. In this particular case the trees shown do not reflect the sensitivity voiced in the thread praising our flute tooting bonsaiist. As to Amcoffeegirl (Darleen); she has never boasted anything but I have seen a couple of her trees and they are better than some I have seen by theNew Zealand Flash. She is trying to learn and is open to assistance and is using the information given. She will, in a short time, learn a good deal and will be able to make the bonsai she would like to produce. Here is the difference. We have one individual interested in how to make better bonsai and we have another individual interested in telling other people how to make a better bonsai but lacks the skill himself.

I'm sorry if this sounds unkind, I know it is. If what was going on here did not have the potential of impacting another, negatively, I would say nothing.

Amcoffeegirl = (Denise)

I don't mind if an Imperial Masterpiece forgets my name. He has greater things to work on.
Darlene is the one who may be insulted by this. Lol :)
Hey...we both have the letter D in our name...but even still...I'm horrible with names...even had to break up with a guy once for being unable to recall his name. I'm the last to be offended. ;)

Hey Denise...didn't you by a dream of cascade from Jason that I lovingly admire!?! Pretty sure that was you. Never feel your collection is less than what brings you joy. ;) if it brings you joy then it's priceless!

Sometimes size matters, but many times it doesn't. It's kind of like bonsai wire...it's HOW you use it that really matters;).
Its not who fishes the deepest, its how you wiggle your worm that counts. Or so says the bumper sticker...

I really like your Willow leaf cascade!

I'm just gonna say....

It's only about the worm.....

If you're an alligator snapping turtle!

Yes I admire my own collection.
But I understand next to any of the trees these guys hold mine are sticks.
I'm sure you understand.
I think some folks don't understand that the people on here do help others in real life all the time to understand more about the hobby and practice the skills needed.
