GUess it is good you know what the problem is.

It would be a reason NOT to buy trees there again. Normally wiring should not lead to wholesale dying of foliage. It indicates they did not pay proper attention. And on top, if they do it that way, they should not offer it for sale untillt he foliage has settled. At least, in my opinion.
 
After cutting off as many of the brown tips I could etc and 2 full weeks of sun and a high nitrogen feed my little tree has yet to produce any more brown tips. It's turning back to the deep emerald green color that it had when it first arrived. Even see some new shoots popping up. This makes me happy
