Is this a decent starting grow light?

How long have you been running that operation, and with which species? It's my understanding that some simply will not set buds without winter.

I have a big box store Parsoni. Can I see your Juniper in your setup? I might wanna give this a try. Seriously. The plan would be to give it something like 3 months chill and break dormancy early and grow indoor till weather warms up.

coupling the spring and summer months with an indoor set up for the fall and winter allows me to extend the growth period significantly.

I take that apply to your Tropic and Sub tropicals only?

This is my first winter with indoor growing so I have next to no experience on this...
