Extended season starting trees indoors

Damn your setup is lit CMEG1. What lights are you using in there? I currently have a Mars Hydro SP250 and my plants are doing well under it. But I am expanding my setup. I'm researching different options right now
Thanks!

Couple of these

4000 k boards

pine seedling cuttings

getting good roots so far...ran out of time tonight before I see the whole success rate.
100% so far good keepers!

Sometimes neglect is the best rooting hormone as long as you start dumping some root stimulates on them and ease up on the humidity and the heat after they fully root.

Did the 10% D&G. Bottom heat around 78°. Might need to bump it up a little.
Yeah my methodology from the post I mentioned of advanced level may be confusing.... honestly if you just go a low level of clonex solution pre-cutting which has a 1 to 1 potassium to nitrate ratio along with some 5 to 2 ratio of fulvic acid and kelp foliar feed at least two weeks before you take your cuttings you will have dramatically improved results And also take your cuttings at the end of the day they’ll be pumped up naturally from photosynthesis if you wait till the morning they will have done drained all their energy down to the roots and they’ll take twice as long to root...

Re-read post #252. Good stuff!
Doing the kelp, humic and fulvic supplements.
Only had about 20 out of 120 seeds sprout from the original planting of JBP. Maybe 18 of 60 of the Mugos.
Another 180 or so planted a week ago.
And Crazy continues!!

Only foliar feed once a week the kelp will burn the seedlingsUsing NPK brand RAW fertilizer for the FULL UP AND KELP POWDER.1/8 tsp full up and 1/16 tsp kelp.Add yucca they offer too for a surfectant.anything else will have added nitrates and allocate to stems and slow rooting.

i’m at work by the way I’m not yelling ha ha

Didn't think of that. Thanks!
Yeah Clonex is good pre-cutting it has a 1 to 1 potassium to nitrate ratio which is good for mother plants which make cuttings and any pre-cutting material for an extended period of time.

Did you mean 5 second dip?
No,5 minute as per Jonas’ recommendation from Bonsai Tonight.....much better roots, though need to fabricate a contraption to do about 20 at a time

That's OK. Been married a few times. Used to it!!

I've been foliar feeding too often from what you recommend. Mighta' been why I lost a couple. A few others are struggling. I'll back off.

Water misting between? No supp's?

Man, If we ever meet, I'm goin' to have to buy you dinner for all the info!! ;)

Yeah cmeg1 is mvp for this. I was wondering about misting in between foliar feeding too. Or just overhead watering to make sure the leaves get washed off before the next foliar feeding
