Do you miss the chat room?

As I get the site fully up and running after the software upgrade, I am curious if people would still like a chat room? It is no problem for me to purchase the software and install it on the site, but I would like to hear what other people think.

The Shout Box was just a chat window in a small widget on the front page. If you wanted to, you could open it into a full window...

In this day of texting, Instagram and Twitter, chat rooms no longer hold the same draw. I never saw anyone really use it...

I have been on this site for 6 years and may have tossed a comment in there 2 or 3 times... To answer the OP, nah, I did not even notice it was missing...

I think they still open with mouseover if you have an unread email or unread alert. If you don't have any unread, you will have to click.
