I was going to say American apparel as well.If I could suggest going with AAA (Al Style Apparel/Triple A) brand or the 50/25/25 Track T-Shirt by American Apparel.

AAA pretty much doesn't shrink. My wife has thrown mine in the dryer over and over from different vendors, and they stay the same damn size. amazing.
50/25/25 is a tri-blend t-shirt. Very comfy, and thin, with absolute minimal shrinkage. They feel nice, but they're a slightly slimmer but not tight cut. They are usually longer though, so even if they do shrink you're not left with a t-shirt that looks like a square.
