Pop on over to my thread in last year's mission trip in the tea house. You will see at the end of thread...why sometimes...it's more peaceful that way. ? Thinned my list...and one didn't last 24 hours before getting back on it. ? Not that his words offend me...buy why subject myself to that? Ignore...sometimes...can be much needed. As for Adair and Smoke...I haven't understood the reasoning for that but...not here to judge. I learn from both.

Nahhhh not at all. But the one I mentioned wished to steal my joy here...much anger...that feeds them. I sort of feel sorry for that one that carries that inside them. Can't imagine what that is like...what a burden.

I love Al's exposed root elm... But, I can't believe how many trident maples he has. I know one...who felt one trident to much. So that he can tend so many...is impressive in and of itself.

Been working every night building all the shelves over again. The water has taken its toll on the shelving and much of it has rotted. I used special screws, guaranteed for life for building decks and even they rotted off. Lasted ten years. If it lasts that long again I will be happy. The lattice between the shelves has been added as a squirrel deterrent. Hope it works.

On Monday I noticed a couple small plants had wilted leaves. In the high seventies so not that hot. Wondered what was going on. The auto sprinklers came on while working and I had to run or get drenched. Found out the problem. Damn squirrels had chewed thru the pipes and it had lost all pressure rendering it useless. Now the big problem. I have some shohin on the shelves. I have space for 18 more trees. The best trees are not there yet cause I have them in a place safe for the big spring festival and Kazari this weekend. I still have 29 trees to find a home for. Simple math tell me that I won’t have a home for about 11 trees..... hmmmm...

Oh my god is that what these are? We have had one in my garden since we moved in.. the house is old, elderly couple lived there. I’ll take a pic of ours. I always wondered the heck it was!!

On the first pics, what looks like Vietnamese stinky herb growing under the bench. My family love it but I can't stand it. I have to spit out the food if it got into my mouth. It that what it is?
I have squirrel problem as well. Let me know if you have a better way of get rid of them.
