Yeah, I think it's the colour contrast between the light apex and the dark trunk, looks almost like a tree has melted over an older stump, like something Salvador Dali would paint!

This one has been on a temporary bench crowded with about 30 shohin trees. No airflow shows some fungus. Just that quick!!

This is the pot I'm most excited about. Have no idea what to put into it. Maybe just a collectible. Superior patina if your into that sort of thing.
