What do you guys use for an automatic watering system?

I've been so pleasantly surprised by the cheap kits you can get on ebay/amazon etc. Here in the UK you can get a nice micro irrigation setup for <£40 including a timer and they're fun and easy to set up - enough to cover 50 or so trees if you're clever.

There's so much choice for the spray head emitters (90, 180 or 360 degrees, up, down, drip, mist, spray, overhead or staked risers) that you can cheaply tailor it to your exact requirements.

I propagate trees and need something to set up misting in a greenhouse that can run by minutes. The system I use is Linktap. It's a pretty good system running on Wi-Fi with a bridge. It will automatically skip rain days and provide usage by gallons. I have about three Linktap setups: two running to my benches and one to the greenhouse. The greenhouse is misting, and the benches use Spot Spitters that water directly into the pots.

How many emitters do you have per line?
I'm thinking of setting up a system using the spot spitters.
