Went to see Benny Kim again.

The wife and I had an amazing time in Carlsbad, CA last week. I had to pop in to see Mr. Kim again on my way by his house. Mr. Kim, as always is very friendly and there is some simply amazing things to see. You would indeed be a fortunate person if you just owned what has grown through pots in into the ground. I call this picture the hall of tears. Those are all 3" + tridents in this picture.

There are some fantastic ones in pots as well that are just crying for some TLC. You can see in some of these he has started sliding things under the pots.

A cork elm bigger than my thigh

More assorted junis, pine and other stuff. Mind you these are all huge.

Some of those trees have been there over twenty years in the same spot. You should have seen this place back in the 80's.

Very cool trees but if that price is $9,500 it's a bit out of my range.
