Trouble with mobile app on iPad...anyone else experiencing issues

Today...I found while on my iPad I was unable to leave a comment. So I logged out and logged back in. But, it gave me an error in doing so. Saying it couldn't be done...but, then...indeed logged me back in. Now, my app for mobile is so messed up. I can't locate how to get out of the forum. I can't find anywhere to log out. I came online to log out...and reopened the B-Nut on my iPad. Still can't seem to log out. Or...comment to any thread post from my iPad.

I shut down my iPad...for hours...and still can't get it to work right. Thinking a reboot might work. Every other site is fine...just B-nut.

Desktop computer is fine...going to see if how it opens from my son's iPad...

My son feels its the fact we're running slower with our internet about to restart and we're at the end of our GB allowance. That it can't run the B-nut app with the slower status.

Makes sense...won't open correctly on my son's iPad either. The desktop is not using wireless functions.

We have it set to not do automatic updates. So that puzzles me. Or are you saying we NEED to do an update?

I am on an iPad.... Always on an iPad and do not have access issues ever. However. I just access as www.bonsainut.com and save the icon to favorites. So, 1 click and I'm on the home page logged in and ready to cruise. It's been faster for me.

typically start typing in address bar. And then it shows up...thinking maybe I need to delete history. See if its a glitch from going into site that way.

Yes. Direct link. I log in once. Indicate on Bonsainut to save me. From the iPad top right select Save Bookmark....the icon that looks like a blank page with an upward arrow. I Save to Favorites. The home page, with me logged in, is now available when I tap/open Safari. The icon to enter Bonsainut is a green block with the word Bonsainut. Works perfect every time.
