I think this may be the best thread of all time. It's the ultimate put up or don't say anything. Trees speak louder than words. And it's been awesome looking through as much as I have. I have so appreciated that people are stickin' with the intention on this one.

The odd thing I find about the Doug Fir is how few of them we see. When I was living in California it was one of the first trees I harvested. You would think with all of the emphasis on yamadori trees from the North West that they would place high on the list at least as high as the Hemlocks.
