Juniperus sabina “buffalo”. Probably the best variety of nursery stock I have worked with. The foliage stays tight and strong not floppy, does not easily go juvenile and has a wonderful iridescent green.

Great thread! Here's a display I put on at our club show two years ago. Definitely not your traditional shohin display, but I like it. lolLimber pine that I collected and styled, in a pot by Lynn August.
And a 'Tiger eye' sumac that I grew from a root cutting. Japanese pot, but I don't know the chop.
