The cooking thread

Reminds me of a recipe for mock lobster casserole...can of cream of shrimp soup with a little sherry and lemon juice over cod/halibut topped with sautéed onions and breadcrumbs w/Worcestershire sauce...baked up it tastes just like lobster.

Worst cut of meat we've had in quite a long time and we got 2 for almost $90. Good track record, bad timing. Hope the one in the freezer is better.

What are those? If I think of tender bodyparts...
There is a strip of meat (tenderloin) on a chicken breast typically used to make chicken strips. I just cut up the chicken breast into pieces for these.
 
Ummm that Paella almost made me NOT post this.. NICELY DONE!

Under my supervision “Mom-made” Chicken Enchiladas/tostadas/taquitos.. (the delineation smeared due to placement and inclusion of meats,sauces, and cheeses 🤦🏽‍♂️)
