That's awesome to start them out at a young age. Set the cold ingredients out overnight to be at room temp this morning.
Unlike a box recipe, you whip these ingredients down fine.

This recipe turns out best with a partial package of instant toasted coconut pudding in, but she hates coconut.
Nice crisp on the outside, knife glides through no bunching up like tough cakes do.

I ordered my bone-in pork rib roasts for Christmas yesterday. Love prime rib, but I like mine pretty rare while the other diners like it in varying degrees of more doneness. Brined pork roast seems to please everyone.
