2.5 - h e a p i n g - SOUP spoonfuls of cocoa, + 1/3 volume half n half after mixed.
Cant mix cocoa into half and half, too thick.
It's so rich and thick and chocolate, this is desert!

The boys, under my direction, made Curry Pork Chops.. a blend of my OWN making.. turmeric/coriander DOMINANT(but all the “usual suspects” are present for a “working class” Yellow Curry. ;) ...except it’s on meat... that ain’t nat’ral!) and a Honey-Ginger vegetable blend.B95AB4E1-3139-4406-AAC1-89FAAEFF9648.jpeg605B4CC0-8EBB-4381-BA5B-BC161E223F6B.jpeg389E715A-75F5-43C5-A4F1-349B62A35450.jpeg

That's awesome to start them out at a young age. My parents owned a restaurant when we were growing up, nothing fancy family style fried chicken, home-made sausage etc. And even though we didn't get to help cook, being brought up in the environment we are all pretty fair cooks now.

I realized it was quarter after one, and I had failed to make lunch for us... I remembered leftover baked turkey from the weekend.

For my wife's birthday I fixed a family recipe - Scotch Pancakes.
Set the cold ingredients out overnight to be at room temp this morning.
Unlike a box recipe, you whip these ingredients down fine.

This recipe turns out best with a partial package of instant toasted coconut pudding in, but she hates coconut.
Nice crisp on the outside, knife glides through no bunching up like tough cakes do.

I'd be happy with anything my husband made for me, but since he only know how to make popcorn, we would starve.

Worst cut of meat we've had in quite a long time and we got 2 for almost $90. Good track record, bad timing. Hope the one in the freezer is better.
