Again with the eggrolls? I'm going to have to make some!Brisket and crawfish eggrolls taste a bit different than traditional ones. The filling is definitely richer and a bit more texture. The taste is delightful and sinful! I ground the fat end of the brisket as filling and put whole crawfish tail meat in as well.
