Whoah! forgot to post here.
So I spent a little more time with that spontaneous "free"-build.. turned it into something I'm, at least, proud of.. considering it was an experimental/learning piece...
Presented are Best Angle.... and worst.

Also about 3/4 done with moist work on this Blacktangle.. fairly basic.. mostly an attractive glaze canvas.

I had been thinking, heavily, about something
@penumbra had said..
(loosely quoted) "I've never worked with 'bad' clay, just clay that wasn't as suited to my needs."
I thought about this HEAVILY.. the thought even followed me into meditation
The chain/train of thoughts.. the rationalizing sequence.. went like this..
So.. No poor clay... just unsuitable for "x" situations/needs for "y" reasons/methods...
This means that I could alter my reasons/methods...
I could alter situations..
This seems too complex...
Alter MY methods to include an "arsenal" that is CAPABLE of proficiency in "Y" to a point that "x" matters MUCH less.
Learn WHY these clays did not perform for my "x"s (Situations/needs) and focus on my "y" (methods) to create adaptability in methodology across the board.
Learn WHY the clay is 'bad'... cause it's NOT the clay!
