Non Bonsai tools and stuff for Bonsai

One thing I’m considering . Is a drone . They have advanced considerably . And can be very small . My thought process is for scouting areas and trees to collect . I hike a lot of ground in the woods around my cottage . Mainly looking for rock outcrops . Or you see something on a hard to access spot . Kind of a what’s over there . Is it interesting enough let’s check it out while we’re resting with a water . I feel it’s one of those deals . Once you have it you will find more uses .

The wire is great. Not bonsai wire but stainless and great for a lot of things. I have been doing lots of exposed root trees and just wrapping the roots with saran and dropping them on new soil. Old soil washes away and you get more roots.

The origin of safety wiring . Is the aircraft industry .like I said used in racing but aircraft is the original use . And a search there will lead to available wires . And smaller and larger tools . The stainless wire is very usefull as you are discovering.
