In my country spring's arround the corner (Chile, south hemisphere), so should i repot to a larger one?, what would be the difference in a year of growing in a large vs smaller pot

You won't see a huge difference until the second or third year in a bigger container. It will need a year just to stabilize. Junipers are slow to grow even in the ground, so being in a pot will mean it will probaly only grow a 1/4 inch of diameter in ten years. In the ground you could cut that in half. Thats still pretty slow compared to other species which can grow several inches in the ground in a couple years.
