Judging from the bark it's an arakawa maple.

There are thousands of registered cultivars and every seedling is a new combination of genes so it's hard to be certain whether a particular Japanese maple is any of the named cultivars.
Arakawa is a registered cultivar with corky bark but some seedlings also have similar look. Most growers are not too particular and call any Japanese maple with corky bark as Arakawa.
Nice looking trunk. The branches might be a little long but overall the tree looks good.
