MY GARDEN, SHARE YOURS

Love this thread. Dang you guys are busy! @namnhi no wonder my lowes are out of pond baskets. LOL

Dav4, what town are you near? I just came in from working on mine. Here is a sneak peak. We have a lot of deer that like to graze in our yard so I had to come up with something to keep them out while not looking like a "cemetery" is in the middle of our yard, as my wife says. We already had raised vegetable beds so I am incorporating it all into one garden.

I'm up in Cobb County, just south of Woodstock. Being on the side of a small mountain, all my gardens are raised/terraced. It adds a certain "aerobic" quality to any work/watering in the yard. I'm about to mow the lawn... pray for me:eek:.

Dave,
My yard is almost like yours except your is the real deal and mine is wannabe.
Nice lush green grow.
Thanks!. For what it’s worth I’m not sure if my yard is the real deal when you compare it to those posted earlier in this thread… But I like what you’ve got going on in yours, and you’ve done a lot with what looks like a small space.

Looks almost like a small nursery.
Trees all around the perimeter.

Sergio, your garden looks fantastic!

One question - I see the tea bags all over the place, what kind of fert are you using in them?

Chris

Mine is moving along, slowly but surely. I’m moving all the gravel with a shovel and wheelbarrow, so it takes a while! I had some trees on the front bench for a while, but June is hell on plants here, so I moved them where they get more afternoon shade. I need to rig some shade in the new space. I also need to switch to pot sprayers - the microsprinklers don’t give good enough coverage. The 2X6’s have warped, of course. Unavoidable in this climate.

Thanks Chris. I'm using Biogold at the moment. Getting some good results with it.
