It says right on the schedule that the vendor area is open from 4PM to 6PM on Friday and they are pretty strict on that start time for regular attendees. You will not be able to get into the vendor room before that. They do post people at the door to keep anyone but vendors and organizers out until it officially opens. They shut it down at 6 so people can go to dinner. Typically it is a separate room with lockable doors.

Unfortunately, I will not be vending at this show. The big show for me this year is the Pacific Bonsai Expo.

I'm going to try and go to this one if can get off work. It's only 2 hours away from me. Do you need tickets to get into vendors and the exhibit? Or are the tickets just for the workshops? If I do get to go I would like a button I'll let u know.

I vended stands last year, and will be returning this year, If memory serves me correct, the Exhibit is open for those few hours on friday.

I think there is a fee if you just want to see the vendors and exhibit. It's cheaper than the full ticket. It's like $10 or $20 I think
