Well, you shouldn’t decandle at points B. Those shoots are out of what I call “needle buds”. They look to have popped from the bud that’s between the two needles. If you cut it off flush, at point B, it’s very unlikely you will get anotherbud to pop there.Below question is for new people who has been confused in black pine pruning.

I haven't noticed that when I read the post at first.I start using dried Chrysanthemum flowers for some of my pine today. Let see what is happening in the next growth season.

It supplies acidity to the pine. In my area, tap water is alkaline with pH about 8.I haven't noticed that when I read the post at first.

Then, I gave it slow released chemical fertilizer, Woodace 12-3-6 A.C.R.E. By the way, this chemical fertilizer is one of the best, in my opinion.
