Juniper design help

I've had this tree for at least 3 years if not longer. Box store juniper of unknown variety. I know it's ready this winter for some structual moves but just can't quite figure out a direction. Cascade with the long branch to the right seems like the obvious way to go but maybe theres some other options, also if I do cascade it what would I do with all the stuff on top. For resons unknown I put some bends in the secondary branches a year or two ago and other than some root work haven't done anything else. Just not sure what to do with this plant. Any ideas. I can take more pics but its so bushy you really cant see much.

Yes, a raft is one option. You could also cut the whole thing off after that first big upright branch and make that the new tree.
 
I never thought of a raft, I've looked up some juniper rafts now and kinda like them. I guess I'd have to straiten out those branches I bent.

I can't see the branches clearly in the photo, but they do not need to be straight. They can curve in a way that is harmonious.
