Is Eastern Leaf a store to deal with?

I've bought several starter trees from Eastern Leaf including this Coast Live Oak that just delivered literally yesterday. I find their trees arrive in great shape, packaged well, and are as advertised. Obviously, you don't get to pick out any specific trees except their specimen trees, but I've been pleased with my purchases from Eastern Leaf. Also bought a small Hinoki Cypress and Green Mound Juniper. Plus I tip my hat to the place for being a one stop shop for people just getting into the hobby. They have lots o of variety to choose from. Also recommend Bella Bonsai and Evergreen Gardenworks for good tree stock . Just my 2 cents, but I am new to the hobby so please take my amateur opinion with a grain of salt.

I ordered Kaneshin tools from them. They should arrive today. As far as buying name brand products from them, I'd assume there is nothing to worry about. Can't speak to the quality of their trees or their in-house materials though
