I'm a dyed in the wool scrounger at heart. The next door neighbors were tearing out a 1970's faux stone fireplace and had piled the torn off slabs of stone outside. "What are ya going to do with that?" "That? It's going in the dumpster." "Mind if I take it?" "Be my guest."

So , I wheel-barreled them across to my yard and just threw them on the muddy path in my wildflower garden. Presto! Instant foot path. I'll put a little dirt around them and allow the wildflowres to fill in where they want.
