The first time I saw this jade I needed it but the nursery lady didnt want to sells it. But I dont give up. When I went another day it was her daughter working. $7 she said. I couldnt get my money out fast enough. It grew in a tray for under a pot with no holes! Anyway I only took off a couple ugly pieces. I cant decide what needs to come off. I just know its a cool jade. Maybe three trunks is too much. I planted it on top of some gravel to get it higher in my ugly pot and cut off some side roots to get it into the oval pot. I'll be on the hunt for a pot for this one.
I got a cool cascading one too, but it needs its own thread..
So here's my nearly instant bonzai jade.

Nice! My instinct would be to remove the small trunk and shorten the other two, leaving the thicker trunk a bit taller then the other.

Looks cool!

I've never been a fan of multi trunk jades so my inclination is to remove two of the trunks at SOME point. However, the base seems very narrow (<1"?) so I recommend growing this out a bunch more. Because of where your other two trunk connect, they make excellent points to thicken the base.

You're also growing long, which is okay but looks like this could use a bit more sun to get the nodes further down the trunk to branch which will encourage thickening along that length. I suggest pinching the terminal bud for now to encourage that action. It'll eventually overcome that and push more terminal bud activity.
