Global warming latest news

You people in Europe still haven't learned. The best c argument against Capitalism or a market economy is anger, threats and violence. Look what happened in 1916 Russia, 1930's Italy and Germany. The list continues after that until today. The death toll in this social experiment is astronomical and it is mostly thew innocent and disadvantaged that are its victims. The human race has been trying to make socialism work for over one hundred years, and all it seems to accomplish is build better philosophies for destroying people.

Actually, socialism begins in the French Revolution, which not coincidentally, was as violent as any that followed. Terrorism also began in the same place & time. I like to point out whenever I get the chance that the French invented terrorism. I also like to point out that the reason that the rest of world lacks "American thinking" is that that those kinds of thinking people packed up and left Europe and the rest of the old world and headed to America, usually with no money to speak of and most often not even speaking English. Some respectable percentage died millionaires. American millionaires. I know several, they are the best Americans and they know why America is a wonderful idea and a great place to work your way up to whatever goal you bring with you from the old world. To say that they always start from the bottom of the bottom is a wild understatement. They start in the hole- without education, or the language, money, -nada. They do plain work, cheap. They save, they learn, they serve their fellow Americans well enough to make a living and many make something much better of themselves in spite of being less than welcome by some people who are jealous of their success. Not many are jealous of their effort. There are those people, inside and outside of America who don't understand that Americans are only nomially a nationality. Americans are a kind of people, wherever they happen to be born or reside for the moment.

Ive provided plenty of objectivity in here. Data and citations. Did you read the numbers in what you subjectively deemed bias in the article I posted? Its why your green gov spending will never work, and shouldn't. The free markets will if anything, but hopefully we get there, id not bet on it. Prob over your head; some are tough to reach

my take on climate change: im indifferent on whether I believe it or not. I think of proportions in life a lot.

ratios and scale. humans or civilization is what, 5,000 o 10,000 years or w.e… I sometimes think about 5,000/100 million years ago

the dinosaurs are documented. 100 million+ (unfathomable amount of time) years compared to 5,000. I think in 100 million years there are variations hot and cold that

happen normally in that amount of time. to my earlier point, that doesn’t mean I don’t think humans could have made things worse.

im for alternatives, but heres a major kicker, I don’t want the government involved or celebs, stimulus, any tax money whatsoever. look up 500 million

to Solyndra by Obama with our tax money. bankrupt. This is because I believe free markets are the only way to solve the issue.

especially since our world competition will burn the oil and own us economically if we don’t.

let the free market (priv sector) become so strong, that they have the power to bring efficient in demand alternatives

to market. if theres a real demand, then the free market will take care of it. at 30 trillion in debt and everything going on, it wont be for a long time.

Interesting. They dissapeared over thousands of years, but we're educated, and way more advanced...we can do it in a few hundred ;)
The cold got to them, now it seems the heat will be our demise. Can't recall where, but I heard the heat will eventually trigger a deep freeze again.

One of the odd results is that the circulation of warm water from the caribean, that currently keeps Europe moderately warm in winter, might stop if too much fresh-water from greenland is dumped into it. Once that happens, Europe may experience MUCH colder winters.

I just love how you disagree with things I said above about taxing the richest and leaving the middle class as is and yet that’s exactly what you’re concerned about.

Weird world we live in where righties are so right they are lefty and lefties are so left they’re righty.

I wonder if everybody filled in a form simply agreeing or disagreeing with various statements, which side of the fence they’d land on.
