I’m fairly new on here and to bonsai, but this has been the best site and experience with learning the ropes. I am very greatful for all the tips as you have been and I thinks it’s cool you giving back like that, hopefully one day I can do the same. Thanks for being cool like that.

Well hello my dearest nuts!

The time has come and a winner has been chosen :).
Actually, two winners... As the response was a lot more than I expected, I decided to go for two.
The video below is the selection :). Just to keep the suspense up, I'm not going to tell you who you are :p. Watch the clip and find out.


Draw was via random.org (true randomly generated numbers with the algorithm using real time weather patterns for randomization). Total number of entries is 89.
First pick gets first choice of existing pots, second pick gets second choice. As I said before, if none of the pots suit you, I can make a custom one, but it will take at least one month (due to time I need to order clay, make it, get it bisque fired, maybe glaze and do the second firing). Exact details for the custom pot will be discussed in private :). Only constraints here are: size (max 20-25ish centimeters) and shape ( as i'm not the most experienced potter, I'd prefer to stick to relatively simple shapes, but I'll do my best to accommodate your wishes).

The available pots (number 5 is more suitable for accent plants than bonsai):

Interior size: 16x11x5 cm
Firing Temp: 1250°C
Clay base color: ivory


Pot Nr. 2

Interior size: 11x8x3.5 cm
Firing Temp: 1250°C
Clay base color: ivory


Pot Nr. 3

Interior size: 15.5x10.5x4 cm
Firing Temp: 1250°C
Clay base color: ivory


Pot No. 4

Interior size: 12.5x5 cm
Firing Temp: 1250°C
Clay base color: tan
