No. Concave cutters are branch cutters that have a curved profile. The bottom image in the circle are concave cutters.

Thanks! To be sure I'm getting this, the names for mine would be "angled branch cutters" and "knob cutter" then (the knob-cutter being concave of course but not called 'concave cutter' right?)
