A crabapple. Malus something or the other...Looks like some very nice trees...
what is that beautiful flowering tree in the background??
No just tomorrowDid you come today?
Yes that was me, I did not get one though. Good price and quality on those. Were you the one seriously looking at one of the two enormous trident maple stumps?
I believe it belongs to Bill Struthar, known as Forsooth on the Bnutt.
Congrats! Beauty of a tree and glad you enjoyed GR a bit too.Our cork-bark elm, Corky took third place! Pot by Sara Raynor, table by David Knittle, cotoneaster accent is in a Chuck Iker pot, Corky of course raised and styled lovingly by the awesome Rodney King who actually was at the show as well!
This is our first time at this show and not expecting to win anything we were at Rockwell Republic getting their liquid brunch (comes with a full bottle of champagne with 4 mixers fruit waffles etc; Grand Rapids is literally the epicentre of contemporary cuisine, breweries, etc in Michigan and a very walkable city)! So we missed the award presentation but came back and saw a cup!
