Building a wet slab bonsai pot

Love this pot but I am stripped of cash right now.
I assume the 7 x 4 is 7 wide and 4 deep?

If my stone age pots sell I will spring for this pot. I have a cascade Scots pine I want to see in it.
Unless somebody beats me to it.

A rustic conifer would look good in it. The 7 x 4 is outside dimensions.

First two extruded side pots. These were made with the same die. Still learning, but has cut time almost in half. Cutting a more complex die today. I’ll try to photograph the process next to show some benefits of it. The pot on the left is 20”.

That is really amazing. I had no idea you could extrude anything that large / complex in a home studio extruder. I have used one before for small things but never much cared for it.
I am really impressed.
Please show a picture of the die.

The extrusion is 4-1/2” wide. The rib is used in conjunction with it to refine and detail the sides. 36F98E3A-A4C1-41FE-9F53-550FE221FB6B.jpeg

Are you still not able to get your hands dirty with the clay?
I am willing but it would not be a good idea. I need at least a few more weeks for my shoulder to heal. That should be fine by March unless I get real stupid, but much has to do with my mothers well being.
I may do some simple clay carving soon but nothing like my larger stone age pots and I can't use the wheel right now either.

Hopefully the photos will give you gist of the new methodology.
