Those are some pretty hefty slabs!

Are you using the board and clamp to prevent warping or just part of the construction process? I hadn't really considered using clamps before...

Yeah and to keep the wall as straight as possible.

At the best time to make pots for spring I had to take a break due to some type of dermatitis I got on my hands. The dermatologist prescribed some lotions and I had to wear them for weeks. And still using them. My hands are starting to get better so I’ve been back at it making pots. Here are some ovals from todays kiln unload.

It's not. Or it would have happened a long time ago. Just makes you think what the reaction could be from, and you'd know way more about that than I.

Some people get bad reactions when touching clay. It’s rare but happens. I just got to be more diligent with wearing gloves for some things. Don’t know what caused the reaction. Just going to be careful moving forward.

Still working on glazes and the clay I want for these. Still developing my style but it’s starting to look much better!
